3-4-2010Mrs Sheryl Martin I first came to Dalaman after my mother bought an apartment through Kate at 'Dalaman Turkish Villas' in 2005 and subsequently ended up also buying an apartment on the same complex in Dalaman. We eventually both sold our apartments as we wanted to upgrade to a villa and purchased two villas off plan again through Kate and have been more than happy with the service provided by her company and would not hesitate in recommending Kate and her team to any potential buyers. We really love our frequent holidays in Dalaman and our new home away from home!

21-5-2010Malcolm and Helen Addy Dalaman Turkish Villas - A Testimonial In 2007 we decided to purchase an overseas property and concluded that the Dalaman, Turkey area was the right place for us. I made two trips to the area, and after having seen various properties with a number of other agents I was fortunate enough to have made arrangements to view properties and off plan sites with Kate at Dalaman Turkish Villas. What I liked about their approach was they shared their knowledge of the area with us and having shown us the properties/sites put us under no pressure to decide but left us to make up our own minds based upon all that we had seen and learned (this was not the same with all the agents). We quickly concluded that we were more than happy and comfortable in deciding to buy an off plan villa on a small complex through them, and what filled us with confidence was that their office was in the town centre and they themselves lived locally so they knew the area well and we had a real feeling that they wanted to do the very best for their prospective clients. It was clear that many clients who had bought from them previously frequently popped into the office just to exchange pleasantries and to say “hello” whenever they were visiting – clearly satisfied customers. ☺ Having decided upon our purchase everything from that moment on was taken care of by Kate, Cetin and their team. Before agreeing the contract they organised discussions with the developer & architect and arranged a local lawyer and translator to act for us. After the contract was signed they monitored the build, reporting back to us regularly, handled the stage payment money transfers, arranged military clearance, helped us obtain our tax certificates, opening local bank accounts, obtaining the title deed (Tapu), payment of stamp duty and associated fees. They even arranged for our chosen white goods to be fitted in conjunction with the internal build of the property. Following the completion of the build and purchase a member of the team also accompanied us on a number of shopping trips as we looked to furnish our completed property. Even now they are always more than happy to help and give advice on any issues that we have not only with regards to the property but also in respect of anything to do with being in Turkey. Our biggest concern about purchasing a property in Turkey was always the communication issue, being “ripped off” by unscrupulous agents /salesman and caught up in all the foreign bureaucracy. With Dalaman Turkish Villas all these concerns proved unfounded, they have a Turkish and English husband and wife team who are able to communicate fluently in both languages, are very pleasant, friendly and helpful and made our buying process so very straight forward it was untrue. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a property in the area and I am more than happy to be contacted by anyone seeking confirmation of this endorsement.

2007Claude Cappellina We purchased a 3 bedroomed apartment in Dalaman through Dalaman Turkish Villas in 2007 The service we received was second to none, we viewed several properties around Dalaman and the surrounding area which is simply beautiful.Once we selected the apartment, Kate sent regular photographs as it was being completed, and even helped us choose the light fittings and curtains. Nothing was too much trouble even having the furniture delivered and unpacked, and the apartment was finished to a very high standard.
